National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA)
has denied the widespread rumour insinuating that a plane flying into
Lagos state from Gabon had crashed in the Oworonsoki area of the state.

He further explained that the agency gathered that a drill which involved helicopters and a group of policemen and rescuers took place around the area.
On Wednesday, August 12, 2015, the management of Bristow Helicopters Limited confirmed the crash of one of its aircraft in the Oworonshoki area of Lagos.
