EVERY ICE WILL MELT – IMPOSSIBLE IS NOTHING
Just a day before the very ugly online scenario, there was a long discussion in the house and i was arguing in support of my man ICE prince. I met ICE in 2010 when Tobi and i went to cover
MTV Base is 5 way back 2010 and i must say that even when there wasn’t so much cash, ICE had this charm, i will rather say ‘swaggu’ dripping all around him. At that time, he wasn’t so fresh, but you could tell that he was an handsome G enroute freshness.
Ever since then his swaggu never stopped dripping. ICE was the ladies man and EVERYBODY LOVES ICE PRINCE.
When the gist about dating Yvonne Nelson came up, i said to myself who else could it be but ICE. This time he was no longer the ICE i met, he was begging to become the Super cool cat ICE PRINCE ZAMANI, now the swaggu was begging to over flow.
I remember meeting him at Beat Fm in 2015 when Lil Kesh and i had an interview and he wore just a simple jalabia, a slippers and and his conventional super cool cap, but there was one other thing i noticed the whole floor was wet and slippery due to ICE Prince Zamani’s swaggu overflow. His swaggu was everywhere, you could see and feel it.
For me ICE defined Swaggu because he has always been a fashion icon, he defines almost every woman’s dream girl, Young, rich, cute, handsome, famous, the list goes on. EVERYBODY LOVES ICE PRINCE.
Although im not a fan of all of his song, but the few ones i love i dont joke with, but i was a fan of something bigger, his person, aura and persona, it was always ICE for me. Whenever we met at shows, he always defined his super cool cat with his calmness, asides the fact that his swaggu overflow always wets the ground, ICE had this aura around him that i really do love.
Now to the argument at the government house. I remember making a joke that if ICE should walk into a date with my girl and i, i would stand up, greet him and let him know i was just leaving. I can let many people come sing for my girl, but definitely not ICE, to me his swaggu would seal any deal. If he comes to sing for my woman, in my head i would think she might end up going up with him that very night. That was how much i respected and still respect ICE.
His Swaggu gets me everytime.
Now to wake up the next day and the ugly news is all over. Let me put it here that i still dont entirely believe tho. ICE, my own Swaggu overflowing ICE. nah!
I did not pay attention to the story till later in the night when it was all over the place and i had to read on Naijaloaded and about 20 blogs just to be sure about the concurrence of the story. I must tell you, i hid my face in my phone for so long because i do not know how i was going to talk to my guys now, just yesterday i was telling them that even their babes aint safe with ICE.
Now to think of it, i see more than an iota of truth in the story, and i must say that i really do respect ICE for the way he stood up for his girl at the risk of the twitter and instafingers. I don’t care if they don’t end up together which doesnt seem like it obviously, but standing up for her publicly is one thing she would always respect the super cool cat for.
Some people will say it got that big because of their PDA, i actually dont come from that school of thought. I think everyone has his/her own way of showing love and PDA is just one of them, truth is i love PDA too and a lot of it i must say.
Now Mr. Akin brings to fore a generic issue in almost every relationship, cheating. Miama cheated on ICE with mr. akin. Now i think i need to type this again, Miama cheated on ICE with mr. akin.
Believe me, i still cant look my brothers in the eyes. Every time they try to bring up the issue i quickly squash it and if mistakenly while scrolling through stations on DSTV and ICE is played on any station, i quickly move before they remember.
This brings to fore again that to sustain and maintain a relationship LOVE is never enough. It can be said that ICE really loves this babe, and he sure has some cash to throw at her, so how did this happen. ICE got cheated on with all that swaggu, i still cant believe it.
Even if at the end of the day the whole event was just a set up or misconstrue, i will still feel disappointed about the fact that my own ICE could find himself in this kind of situation.
I’m taking this time out to apologize to my friends, brothers and everyone that was present while i argued about the fact that ICE can steal any girl, i promise it wont happen again. From the depth of my heart im really sorry. I really hope and pray that you forgive me for this huge mistake, i hope that later in the year i can raise my head up and still look you guys in the face. Once again im deeply sorry.
I really hope and pray that while they were having s*x, mr akin never intentionally played the EVERYBODY LOVES ICE PRINCE album or sang Aboki while he stroked her from behind just a way to tell ICE that im fucking your girl and tell Miama that,s your man. I really hope this never happened because thinking about it now, such occurrence is dehumanizing. Sexing a girl to her man’s song. Its like fucking Beyonce to the Black Album. Wow! That could kill the business mogul JAY Z.
I used to think everybody loves ICE Prince.
At this point, i still hope EVERYBODY LOVES ICE PRINCE, but irrespective my love and respect stays intact for the swaggu overflowing ICE.
Amidst many thing that this whole scenario has taught me, i must say that if the rich and married mr. akin could steal ICE’s girl, whose girl cannot be snatched? ICE, Miama and mr akin further taught me that impossible is nothing.
