Broward County police said that they have arrested 60-year-old Mark Schreiber, after being accused of practicing medicine without a license. He was booked into jail, and he is being held without bail.
According to the police investigation, the 55-year-old man hired Schreiber to remove a filler from his private parts, which was injected in order to make his m@nhood longer and thicker. Instead of removing the filler, the patient was left with a deformed organ and unable to perform s*xually.
Schreiber was paid $1,000 to remove the filler. The victim told police that he was given five pills, and when he woke up at home the next morning, he found that his m@nhood was just one inch long.
