A LASU STUDENT THRILLS NIGERIA AGAIN WITH WHAT HE CALLED THE AMPHIBIAN JET (PHOTOS)
This rocket-like car was spotted in Ikoyi yesterday is said to be made by a graduate in Bariga named Durojaiye Kehinde Obasanjo (not related to the former president). He is a graduate of LASU and Lagos Electronics and computer engineering school.
He started the project, called Amphibian Jet in 1995. It can be used on land, air and sea but he has only tested it on land and water. He did this on 3rd mainland bridge in 2013. He also said he had traveled with it from Lagos to Ibadan..

Amazingly, about 70% of the spare parts are locally produced, from the aluminum, plastic to the wood. It uses aerodynamics on sea. The amphibian jet can be powered by both solar and petrol. Using solar energy, it travels 40km/hr, while using petrol, it travels 120km/hr on land and 140km/hr on sea.isn't this amazing?,with this talent on our Nigeria youths,i best believe Nigeria will be a better place if the youths are been rewarded for the hustle. with such talents that is been displayed by mr durojaiye kehinde obasanjo, he deserves a very wonderful encouragement.
