The Nigerian Police has arrested have arrested a 20-year-old man named Tope Adebiyi of Afin Street, Aisegba Ekiti for allegedly attempting to r*pe a 10-year-old girl.

According to the report, Tope lured the little girl into his room lockin the door in an attempt to have unlawful carnal knowledge of her, but the screaming girl was able to attract the attention of neighbours who forced the door opened and safely rescued the her.
The suspect has been arrested and taken into the custody of the State CID Ado-Ekiti for investigation.
